Our Design Philosophy
RKCprints is a Connecticut-based architectural design studio offering thoughtful, buildable solutions for both residential and commercial spaces. With a foundation in Architectural Building and Engineering Technology and years of hands-on experience, the studio bridges creative design with practical execution.
Every project is approached with precision, function, and a clear understanding of construction requirements. Whether it's a renovation, conversion, or a new layout, the focus is always on producing accurate, code-conscious drawings tailored to meet both client needs and local building standards.

Our Services
Architectural Planning & Drafting
From early-stage space planning to detailed construction documents, this service includes code-conscious layouts for commercial and residential spaces. Deliverables include scaled existing and proposed floor plans, functional space arrangements, and precise drawings optimized for permit submission and contractor use.
Permit & Construction Drawings
Complete drawing sets tailored for building permit applications. Includes code-compliant plans prepared in line with local building standards. Coordination with local building departments and revision support are also available to help streamline the approval process.
Additional Support Services
This includes As-Built Drawings & Field Verification based on on-site measurements, Basic MEP layout coordination for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC schematics, as well as Fire Protection Plans showing egress routes, signage, and basic safety layouts. These services support permit submission and construction coordination.
